This 2,800 sq. ft., three bedroom, two bath home boasts water views from every room.  A wall of glass doors open up to the peaceful waterfront and a vast lawn with dozens of towering trees.

The updated kitchen features granite counter tops and a 22” HDTV.  The main living area has a 50” plasma TV over the fireplace, and the second living area has a Foosball table for hours of fun.  In the master bedroom there is a 55” HDTV, and in the “kids” room a 32” HDTV, along with plenty of games and puzzles.  Both bathrooms feature granite counter tops, and the downstairs walk-in shower has double shower heads.  Tile and wood floors throughout.

The spacious, 1,500 sq. ft. boat dock extends 58 feet from the bank and includes two boat lifts, two seating areas, separate sunbathing deck, fire pit and a 32” HDTV tucked away in the ski locker -- perfect for watching a movie or the big game around the fire pit (FREE s'mores supplies provided on request!).  A small cove near the boat dock makes for great fishing, as well as turtle and duck watching.

Paradise on Placid is the perfect combination of relaxation and fun.  Challenge family and friends to a game of horseshoes, volleyball or ladder ball.  Relax in the over sized hammock near the water or in the eight-person hot tub under the vine-covered arbor.
