Elegant & gated white brick home with an amazing landscaped waterfront. An 1850 sq ft three bedroom, two bath house with a wall of glass windows facing the waterfront. A large open floor plan with white, gray and blue tones. The back porch is covered with ceiling fans. The waterfront runs the length of the house and has a boat lift with dock (Please contact the office to make arrangements with the owner concerning the use of the boat slip). There is a two car carport used as a game room with stained concrete floors. Two hanging swings, lovely landscaping and sunbathing deck make this an ideal lake retreat.
The master has 2 queens and a futon. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and the third bedroom has one queen. There is dining seating for 14.
Only five minutes east of New Braunfels, this elegant home is in a elegant, exclusive neighborhood on the prettiest part of Lake Dunlap.
