An ideal New Braunfels Getaway and Vacation New Braunfels destination! A two story unit, each level has a balcony overlooking the water. The living, dining and kitchen along with a half bath are on the first level.

The master has a queen bed and second bedroom has a bunkbed with a twin top, and a full bottom bunk. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and each has it's own bathroom. There is also a twin roll-away bed along with extra linens in the upstairs closet. The living room has a wood burning fireplace along with two futons that convert into full beds.

There is a pool, private river access and covered parking. The entire condo has been renovated with updated flooring and furnishings. It has high speed wireless internet, cable and 3 flat screen TVs with DVD, DVD/CD and VCR combo players.

Close to Schlitterbahn, Gruene and in downtown New Braunfels.

Turn off of Seguin Street Sonic on to Hampe Street, at the dead end go right on Simon, take a left on Seele Street. Condos straight ahead. Be sure to get gate and lockbox codes before you get there.

While these condos have lovely views of the Guadalupe River, they are not on the swimming portion of the river.  The Comal River and the tubing portion of the Guadalupe are less than one half mile away. Riverside guests are welcome to park at our office at 219 E San Antonio Street which is a block away from the Tube Chute on the Comal River and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Area Attractions:
The Texas Hill Country is known for it's rivers, historic villages, great Mexican, German and BBQ cuisines. Tubing the Guadalupe from Canyon Lake to Gruene, Texas. Boating, jet skiing, wake boarding and fishing are the favorite water sports at Canyon Lake and Lakes Dunlap, Placid, McQueeney. Canyon Lake Vacation Homes are either waterfront or perched high up on the Canyon Lake hills for incredible views. River Road Vacation Homes are on the Guadalupe River surrounded by river outfitters who can guide river rafting trips, tubing expeditions or fly fishing fun. Downtown New Braunfels has vintage shopping for antiques, clothing, fun gifts and wonderful restaurants such as Huisache Grill. Schlitterbahn Waterpark is the number one rated waterpark in the nation according to the Travel Channel. Landa Park has two swimming pools, playgrounds, swimming holes, golf, miniature train station and golf and numerous road races such as the Jingle Bell Run (begun by Susan Phillips, the owner of A1Vacation New Braunfels) and the Wurst Five Mile Run. The Comal River is a two mile spring fed river which stays the same temperature all year round and is known for scuba diving, snorkling and the wild and crazy Tube Chute. Natural Bridge Caverns and Wildlife Ranch are fun for the kids as well at the McKenna Children's Museum. Numerous museums are in the downtown museum district.\

Holiday nights are $100 more a night. We prefer a three night minimum. Holiday Rates are: Summer Months, Wurstfest in early November, Wurst Five Mile Run and Jingle Bell Run, Wassailfest and Festagge are two Christmas Festivals in December. No smoking.
