Beautiful two bedroom condo at Camp Warnecke on the Comal River with a pool and next to Schlitterbahn's new Surfenburg attraction!
Corner unit has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, 2.5 baths, kitchen with washer and dryer. A queen in each bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath are downstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathrooms. Balcony upstairs off master bedroom. There is an outdoor covered patio area off the living room.
New living room furniture. A short walk to the swimming pool and hot tub, river access.
Condo is sandwiched between Schlitterbahn and Comal River. One covered parking spot. Only two cars permitted.
