Rio Guadalupe Rules

Three bedroom, two full bath condo. Great views of the Guadalupe from a private balcony. Swimming pool and grills. Sleeps 8. Located on the Guadalupe River by the 4th crossing. Close to Whitewater Amphitheater and tubing the famous "horseshoe". Gorgeous Hill Country views at Canyon Lake.

Rate Details

We charge a $29 booking fee as well as a $250 damage deposit that will be returned after your stay if there are no damages.

10% Hotel Tax.

*Cleaning fee may be subject to increase for rentals that are 30 days or longer.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposits:

We require a deposit of 50% of the total sales at booking. The remaining 50% of your balance and a $250.00 refundable damage deposit is due upon check-in.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your reservation we will charge a 10% administrative fee if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellation made inside 21 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies deposited.
