Splendid waterfront home with large stone patio on the Guadalupe River. Rustic cabin feel with large plate glass windows affording fabulous views. Located between the 3rd and 4th crossing.
Kayaking is hugely popular and the area is known for the great trout fishing. The kitchen, living room and two master bedrooms are downstairs. Upstairs there is loft with a large flat screen, two double futons and a splendid window view of the river below. The downstairs has one king and a queen. Comfy couches in front of the fireplace make a cozy retreat. The kitchen has a large dining table, new appliances, island for gourmet meals. There is a full size washer & dryer. The kitchen overlooks the back deck with bistro seating and rockers. Below is the circular stone patio right on the river which has been the scene of corporate events and small weddings. The patio has a firepit and grill and outdoor furniture.
The cabin is close to the third crossing and river outfitters can be found all along River Road which is 12 miles long (from Canyon Lake to Gruene). Disposable containers (beer cans) are allowed.
This home has a zero tolerance for bad behavior as it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Small groups only for overnight stays. Ideal for a family retreat or special events!
We charge a $29 booking fee as well as a $250 damage deposit that will be returned after your stay if there are no damages.
