Susan Phillips, owner of A1 Vacation New Braunfels, has managed our rental properties located at 291 and 297 San Antonio Streets known as Bougan-Villa and Rose Cottage for the past two years. She has built those properties into quite a business and has kept them occupied year round. We were really surprised this winter to have been so constantly booked!

Susan is very aggressive and works extremely hard to keep all her rentals booked as well as keeping the owners happy. We find her to be an excellent business woman and we feel
