Gruene Manor Inn and B & B, is the ultimate New Braunfels Getaway, an elegant estate on the deepest, most beautiful part of the Guadalupe River in historic Gruene. The lot is over two acres in size with 170' of river frontage, making this retreat and event center an ideal setting for special occasions such as very small weddings. The large lawn has a hammock and a Cabana with an outdoor kitchen with a flat screen TV. The stunning swimming pool with a waterfall is surrounded by large colorful pots of Bougainvillea. There is an outdoor sound system, outdoor shower, large fans to beat the heat and a high end mosquito misting system that eliminates all bugs. For added fun, guests can enjoy the horseshoe and washer pits along with a trampoline and swingset for youngsters. There is a private waterfront dock and landscaped seating areas on the river to watch the tubers float by. For the winter months, the firepit makes a cozy gathering spot. The estate has a large balcony and stairs overlooking the river and pool, an ideal spot for the bridal bouquet toss. The upper level has a large open living room and kitchen ideal for receptions. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms have two queens in each with a king in the master. The master bedroom and bath each have mounted flat screen TVs. Downstairs is a screened porch and a large open apartment with 3 sets of bunkbeds and fun for kids. There is parking for medium size groups and special arrangements can be made for additional parking needs. The estate even boasts of a horse corral should you need one! The estate has a four car garage, elevator, seven flat screen TVs, commmercial ice maker, deep freezer and one fridge devoted just to wine! All of these features combine to make Gruene Manor Inn one of the top special events and vacation destination in Texas.

This elegant home has a zero tolerance for rowdy behavior and we have the right to exclude any guest under the age of 25. We respect and love our neighbors!

Security is required for small weddings and we have the property patrolled by our private security firm year round for all bookings. You will lose your deposit if you do not leave the Manor in good condition, if the neighbors complain or the police are called! We mean it!

Plans are under way to have a member of the owner's family live on site and prepare breakfast and meals for the guests. This will provide security and onsite management.
